Since when have you been living in this city?

 

Ich wohne hier seit 5 Jahren.

(I live here since 5 years.)

I’ve been living here for 5 years now.

 

Ich wohne in diesem Land seit 6 Jahren.

(I live in this country since 6 years.)

I’ve been living in this country for 6 years now.

 

Wo hast du früher gewohnt?

(Where have you in the past lived?)

Where have you been living in the past?

 

Früher habe ich in London gewohnt.

(In the past have I in London lived.)

In the past I lived in London.
